Port Douglas – Enjoy one of the most scenic coastal drives in Australia along the Captain Cook Highway.

Daintree River Cable Ferry – Cross and enter Daintree National Park.

Depart Cape Tribulation for return journey at approx 4.30pm, crossing the Daintree River on
Cable-driven Ferry.

The famous Great Barrier Reef is one of the great natural wonders of the world, and is a must see for any visit to North Queensland. Your reef trip experience starts at the beautiful Cairns marina with morning tea on-board a first class snorkel and dive vessel while you cruise out to the Great Barrier Reef. Then a wonderful day of adventure awaits, including at least 2 reef sites, snorkeling, diving (optional extra) and a huge tropical buffet lunch.
Returning to Cairns around 5pm you’ll have experienced a day that will stay with you for the rest of your life.

The Barron River Tour is North Queensland’s most exciting half day tour. Feel the rush of white water rafting within the awesome wilderness of Australia’s tropical rainforests.
Great for people with limited time or can be combined with other adventure activities to maximise your day.
Begin your day with a pickup from your Cairns accommodation. You will meet your Trip Leader onboard and be transferred just North-West of Cairns to Lake Placid, where the fun & adventure begins! Continue up the Barron Gorge whilst your guides explain the safety procedures.
Your safety equipment will be waiting for you upon arrival at Barron Gorge Power Station – the put-in for your rafting adventure. Commence rafting with your personal guide and negotiate grade 3 rapids such as Cheese Churn, Hell’s Gate and Rooster Tail. Once back at Lake Placid, enjoy a swim, pack up your raft and change into dry clothes, then enjoy tea and coffee before transferring back to your accommodation.
